My answer will be yes, it is, but it does not bather state to be gorgeous and beautiful because it has so many outdoors opportunities and activities for active people like we are. There are two mountains, an amazing coastline you cannot find in California and a great place to try different wines and beers. The state is full of activities you can only imagine and the temperature is staying stable during the day and night. Nature is booming because of the ocean breeze and frequent drizzle rains. The rainforests give the mix of smells you might not breath in frequently if living in an urban area. The State itself and the coastline makes it really tranquil wherever you go and wherever you stop. Hotels, airbnbs, coffee shops and people match the mystery of nature and not yet urbanized state. Ocean line with its light houses is one of the most beautiful coastlines I have ever been to. It is perfect for family trips, couples, kids and just singles.
Nature will dissolve you in its deel fresh soul the way you do not even notice. Pure tranquil and majestic experience is guaranteed. Considering myself as an urban person, I found this state is even a perfect place to reside. It is more relaxed than major urban places, but offers an opportunity to live life the way it is going with no rush. I see the opportunity to meet a high standard of life in the case of the move (should be link to google ads: is portland a good place to move? etc)
For me this trip was both, as an opportunity to consider a place to reside and as a place to travel to. It was both and whatever you plan for this time does not matter because the list of places to visit can be endless, but I will give you some hints for a 5 days trip.
